Babette's Aesthetic Body' S offers Yoga themed celebrations: Bridal Yoga Party, Ladies Night-out, Birthday Yoga Parties, Scouts, Health & Wellness events as well as Teen Fitness Yoga, 50+ Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Dharma Yoga Wheel & Restorative Yoga for private & semi-private instruction. BABS Yoga offers: Sunrise/Sunset beach yoga & SUP Yoga to family, friends & the community while looking over the North Fork shores of the Long Island Sound. Babette completed her 200 hour teacher training course in 2014 from Peaceful Warrior Yoga Center, LI, New York & 25 hr Restorative Yoga training from Laughing Lotus, NYC, Dharma Yoga Wheel TT, Reiki Level I, and various training's at Kripalu Yoga Center in MA.īabette's yoga journey began in the Summer of 2015, starting her own practice: B abette's A esthetic B ody 'S. She holds an MA from NYU & a BFA from SUNY Purchase Conservatory of Dance.

She is a licensed Dance Teacher with the NY State Education Department as well as certified in Career & Technical Education. Babette has been teaching Ballet, Yoga, Pilates & Movement for Artist's at Talent Unlimited HS for the Performing Arts in NYC for over 20 years.
